Aynne Kokas Delivers Lecture on Global China Technology

C.K. Yen Professor Aynne Kokas delivered a lecture on Global China technology policy at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center on June 18, 2026. The talk was part of an effort an effort to educate US government employees from across the executive branch on the global implications of China's international tech investments. The talk drew on College-supported research that led to her award-winning Oxford University Press book, Trafficking Data: How China is Winning the Battle for Digital Sovereignty.
